RigidMemory™ — Senior Living Partnership Program

Every resident has a story worth keeping. Now there’s a program to preserve it.

A quarterly heritage preservation program for senior living facilities. Professional digitization of photos, VHS tapes, letters, and documents — AI-organized into a sovereign family vault that belongs to the resident and their family. White-glove on-site pickup available in Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne counties.

The Opportunity

Your residents carry irreplaceable history. Most of it never gets preserved.

The average senior living resident has 60–80 years of photos, letters, documents, and video tapes. Their children live across the country. Their grandchildren have never seen most of it. When a resident passes, those materials go into boxes — or are lost entirely. The RigidMemory Senior Living Program gives your facility a structured, repeatable way to change that.

For Activities Directors
Add a meaningful, family-engaging program to your activities calendar. Heritage projects give residents a purposeful activity and give families a reason to visit and participate.
👪
For Families
Mom’s photos are finally organized, digitized, and accessible. The family vault is shared with everyone who should have it — on their phone, on their laptop, on Michigan hardware that will never auto-delete.
🏠
For Your Facility
A differentiating program that competitors do not offer. Families choosing between facilities remember the one that helped them preserve their loved one’s story.
How the Program Works

Quarterly intake. White-glove process. Zero burden on your staff.

1
Program Setup — One Time
We meet with your activities director to configure the program: intake schedule, resident communication templates, family portal setup, and on-site pickup logistics. One call, about 45 minutes.
2
Quarterly Family Outreach
We provide email and printed templates your staff sends to resident families. Families select participating residents and gather materials — photos, tapes, documents. We handle all communication from that point forward.
3
On-Site Pickup (or Mail-In)
We come to your facility in Macomb, Oakland, or Wayne county for pickup — no shipping required. Originals are logged in with the resident’s name, itemized, and returned within 3–4 weeks.
4
Professional Digitization & AI Organization
Photos scanned at 600 DPI. Tapes digitized in real time. Documents OCR-indexed. AI groups faces, estimates decades, removes duplicates, and organizes everything into a chronological family archive.
5
Family Vault Delivered
Each resident’s family receives access to their sovereign RigidVault — accessible from any device, shared with whomever the family chooses, stored on Michigan hardware indefinitely. Originals returned at next facility visit.
Program Pricing

Per-resident project pricing. No facility subscription required.

Families pay directly for their resident’s project. The facility pays nothing. Optional facility enrollment packages available for facilities that want to subsidize the program as a resident benefit.

Common Questions

Senior living program — answered.

No. The standard program is offered at no cost to the facility. Families pay directly for their resident’s heritage project. The facility’s role is simply to connect families with the program and schedule our on-site pickups. The Program Partner option is for facilities that want to subsidize the program as a resident benefit or marketing differentiator.
The family initiates and manages the project — the resident does not need to be actively involved in the intake process. Family members gather the materials from their loved one’s belongings. For residents with families who are not local, we provide a mail-in option with prepaid packaging.
Every resident’s family receives their own sovereign RigidVault — RAID-redundant storage on Michigan hardware under Michigan law. Data is never stored on foreign cloud servers, never auto-deleted, and is fully controlled by the family. Access is shared only with people the family explicitly invites.
The RigidVault belongs to the family, not the resident. Access continues indefinitely for all family members who were granted access during the resident’s lifetime. RigidTrust’s First Bill of Rights guarantees the files are never auto-deleted. The family can designate an estate administrator who manages the vault going forward.
