Every RigidCore machine running RigidPulse and RigidSense is generating continuous telemetry — spindle temperature, axis load, tool wear signatures, OEE metrics. RigidVault takes that telemetry, combines it with the machine’s configuration record and maintenance history, and produces a living digital twin — a complete, sovereign, always-current representation of the physical machine.

Real-Time Telemetry Storage

Every RigidSense reading is timestamped and stored. Spindle temperature, axis load, vibration signature, current draw, acoustic emission — all of it. The twin is always current. Every run updates it.

Historical Pattern Analysis

RigidAI analyzes the stored history to identify wear patterns, performance drift, and maintenance windows. The longer the machine has been on the platform, the more accurately the twin predicts what happens next.

Immutable Maintenance Record

Every service event, parameter change, calibration, tooling update, and anomaly is logged to the twin with timestamp and operator ID. The full provenance chain travels with the machine — including at resale, insurance claim, or compliance audit.

Every clinical session using RigidNode Healthcare Edition generates a vault entry: consent status, inference provider used, data routing decision, timestamp, and clinician ID. The log is immutable — no module, user, or administrative action can modify it after creation. When a regulatory inquiry arrives, the vault is the defense.

Substance use disorder treatment records carry federal protections above and beyond HIPAA. The RigidVault clinical architecture ensures that patient data never leaves the facility network — there is no cloud transmission event that could constitute a disclosure. RigidTrust’s First Bill of Rights guarantees your data is never deleted without your direct instruction. In any wind-down scenario we deliver your data back to you on physical media first.

Do I need to buy hardware to get started?+

No. Explorer ($5/mo) gives you immediate sovereign access online — your data lives in our Michigan facility. Hardware deployment (Sovereign Node) is an option for Creator Pro and above, not a requirement.

Is RigidVault HIPAA or CMMC compliant?+
