RigidVault is the foundation of the Kavanagh Industries platform — sovereign, Michigan-sovereign storage running on American hardware in our Michigan facility. No foreign cloud. No foreign law. No third-party server room you'll never see.
Foreign cloud trusts foreign law. We trust American hardware in a Michigan facility we own and operate.
“If your data lives where someone else decides, you don’t own it — you rent it.”
You start with a RigidVault subscription. Your data lands on our hardware in Michigan, protected by redundant RAID arrays, encrypted at rest, backed by the RigidTrust constitutional framework.
From there, you add what you need. RigidMemory turns photo archives into narrated family history. RigidLegacy vaults estate documents with attorney-controlled access. RigidVHS brings tapes back to life with AI curation. Every module is intelligence built on top of storage you already own.
KI is never the digitization provider. We partner with the best — proven tape services for VHS, professional scanning partners for paper, Titan Tech Scans for physical objects — and we provide the intelligence and sovereignty layer on top.
Privacy-focused cloud storage is a real step forward. But it's still someone else's server, in someone else's country, under someone else's law — with no AI curation, no heritage protection guarantees, and no path to CMMC compliance. We built a different answer. Why American sovereignty beats Swiss sovereignty →

Comparison reflects general characteristics of consumer and privacy-focused cloud storage providers. RigidVault features may vary by tier.
Every vault has an inference mode. It controls what happens when an AI module processes your data — specifically, whether that processing stays on KI hardware or uses an external model. You choose. The platform enforces it.
The Inference Mode setting is enforced at four layers — frontend, API gateway, module pre-flight, and firmware. It cannot be silently bypassed. See how RigidTrust enforces it →
RigidVault runs in three deployment modes. Start hosted and move to sovereign hardware at any time. Your data migrates with you. No re-upload, no re-tagging, no starting over.
All three tiers run the same RigidVault platform. Modules, data, and AI carry over when you upgrade. You never start over.
All tiers include access to the add-on module ecosystem. 3-month minimum on all subscriptions. Heritage assets are never auto-deleted on cancellation — that protection is permanent.
Tier 1/2 suppliers, production shops. Fleet telemetry, QC archival. CMMC 2.0 Level 2 compliant architecture. From $1,000/mo.
Defense primes, OEMs. Dedicated hardware partition, zero-knowledge streaming, geofenced to US traffic only. NIST 800-171 aligned.
Explorer through Sovereign tier pricing is available on the Pricing page. Industrial and Sovereign tiers are scoped per deployment — contact for a quote. Heritage assets are exempt from auto-deletion on subscription cancellation. Your heritage vault stays yours regardless of subscription status.
See all pricing →Processing fee + RigidVault subscription. AI keeps working. Data lives on Michigan hardware.
Processing fee + $25 drive fee. Full job, everything on a USB drive. No subscription required.
Every add-on service offers both delivery paths. Vault It is the better long-term value — AI keeps curating, updates keep coming, and the subscription removes the #1 objection for customers who aren’t ready to commit.
Some people want a subscription. Some people want to pay once and be done. We built for both. Vault It puts your processed content onto Michigan hardware with ongoing AI curation. Deliver It gets the job done and ships everything on a USB drive — full ownership, no commitment.
Either path starts with processing. That's the work KI does — the AI curation, the chaptering, the classification, the narration. The processing fee is non-negotiable because it's where the value is built.
Some Deliver It customers come back to subscribe later. That's fine. We'd rather have the satisfied customer than a lost lead.
Turn boxes of photos into a narrated family history. AI identifies faces, sequences events, and builds a living biography stored on your sovereign vault. Starter $399 · Family $1,299 · Archive $3,099.
AI classification and heir access control for estate documents. Your attorney sees the will. Your kids see the photos. Nobody sees the financials. Per-folder, per-person access that survives you.
A proven tape digitization partner handles the physical conversion. KI handles the AI — chaptering, face matching against your RigidMemory vault, title generation, and sovereign storage. ~70% gross margin. We never touch a tape.
3D scanning of heirlooms, tools, trophies, and physical artifacts via Titan Tech Scans. The scan lands in your RigidVault with full provenance metadata. Carry your grandfather's tools forever.
Sovereign storage for digital art, 3D models, and creative work via Glimmer Scan Studio. RigidRoyalty integration tracks usage and returns revenue to creators. Your art. Your rights. Your vault.
KI prepares your files — 300 DPI exports, color corrected, standard print dimensions — then connects you to the best print partners for fulfillment. Works across all heritage modules: photos, VHS stills, 3D renders, digital art. We never touch a printer.
Your SOLIDWORKS files — parts, assemblies, drawings — indexed sovereign on KI-managed Michigan hardware. Document Manager API extracts all metadata: custom properties, mass, BOM structure, revision history, and thumbnail previews. Geometry never leaves your network. From $149/mo.
Family lineage intelligence built on top of RigidMemory and RigidLegacy data. AI-powered ancestry analysis, timeline construction, and family graph mapping — all on sovereign hardware.
RigidMemory, RigidLegacy, RigidFace, RigidTimeline included free with all subscriptions.
RigidVault runs on dedicated hardware in our Clinton Township, Michigan facility — 5 miles from the Detroit Arsenal at TACOM. Every byte is encrypted at rest. No foreign cloud dependency of any kind. We own the racks, we manage the hardware, and we answer to Michigan law.
The Industrial and Sovereign tiers are architected to the CMMC 2.0 and NIST 800-171 frameworks from the ground up — not retrofitted after the fact. Our proximity to TACOM isn't incidental; it's part of the design.
Constitutional Framework
Your data is governed by our Nine Bills of Rights. Heritage assets are never auto-deleted. Rights only expand, never contract. These are architectural guarantees, not policy promises.Read the Nine Bills →

Every RigidCore machine running RigidPulse and RigidSense is generating continuous telemetry — spindle temperature, axis load, tool wear signatures, OEE metrics. RigidVault takes that telemetry, combines it with the machine’s configuration record and maintenance history, and produces a living digital twin — a complete, sovereign, always-current representation of the physical machine.
Every RigidSense reading is timestamped and stored. Spindle temperature, axis load, vibration signature, current draw, acoustic emission — all of it. The twin is always current. Every run updates it.
RigidAI analyzes the stored history to identify wear patterns, performance drift, and maintenance windows. The longer the machine has been on the platform, the more accurately the twin predicts what happens next.
Every service event, parameter change, calibration, tooling update, and anomaly is logged to the twin with timestamp and operator ID. The full provenance chain travels with the machine — including at resale, insurance claim, or compliance audit.
Digital Twin data is stored in the Industrial or Sovereign vault tier. Machine telemetry feeds to RigidVault automatically through RigidSense and RigidPulse integration — no manual export required.
RigidVault powers the RigidNode Healthcare Edition. Every clinical encounter generates a sovereignty audit log that is stored in a sovereign vault with immutable chain of custody.
Every clinical session using RigidNode Healthcare Edition generates a vault entry: consent status, inference provider used, data routing decision, timestamp, and clinician ID. The log is immutable — no module, user, or administrative action can modify it after creation. When a regulatory inquiry arrives, the vault is the defense.
Substance use disorder treatment records carry federal protections above and beyond HIPAA. The RigidVault clinical architecture ensures that patient data never leaves the facility network — there is no cloud transmission event that could constitute a disclosure. The vault stores the audit record, not the audio. The audio never leaves the hardware.
Every pillar writes to the Vault. The Vault serves every pillar. It is the memory of the entire civilization.
Every pillar in the KI ecosystem is interconnected. No product works alone.
