RigidMemory™ — The Memory Pillar

Their voice shouldn’t die
with them.

A sovereign platform for preserving the people you love as they actually were. Photos. Stories. Voice. Personality. Presence. Stored where no corporation can touch it — and available to the people who matter most, for as long as they need it.

1Memory Archive — photos & documents
2Memory Persona — AI that responds like them
3Memory Voice — they speak again
4Memory Presence — step into the memory  (coming)
Four Layers of Preservation

Each layer builds on the last.
Together they bring someone back.

Start where you are. A single box of photos is enough to begin. Every layer you add makes the memory richer, deeper, and more alive.

Layer 1 — Archive
📂
Memory Archive

The foundation. Photos, videos, documents, and recordings — digitized, deduplicated, organized chronologically, and stored in your private RigidVault. Accessible only to the people you choose. The raw material everything else is built from.

Available Now
Layer 2 — Persona
🧠
Memory Persona

An AI built from everything they left behind — posts, texts, letters, stories, opinions, humor, favorite phrases. Ask it a question. It answers the way they would have. Not a simulation. A reflection built from what they actually said and believed.

Available Now
Layer 3 — Voice
🎙️
Memory Voice

From voicemails, home videos, or any audio recording, we reconstruct their voice. Pair it with the Memory Persona and they don’t just respond — they respond in their own voice. A message for a grandchild they’ll never meet. A story read aloud twenty years from now.

Available Now
Layer 4 — Presence
🥽
Memory Presence

Using Meta Quest 3 VR, step into a space built from their world — their kitchen, their workshop, their favorite chair. A 3D likeness from photographs. Their voice in your ears. Their words answering yours in real time. The room where the memory lives.

Coming
The Bigger Picture

This isn’t just for grief.
It’s for anyone worth remembering.

The same technology that preserves a grandmother’s voice for a grandchild who never met her can capture a founder’s wisdom before retirement, record a veteran’s story before it’s gone, or help a family race against a dementia diagnosis. The application is wherever human knowledge, personality, and presence matter more than the hardware they came in.

😭
Memorial & Grief

For families after loss. Feed everything they left behind — posts, messages, voice, stories. A presence that answers when grief makes silence unbearable.

Capture While Living

The best time to build a Memory Persona is while the person is still here. Stories they want told. Advice for grandchildren not yet born. A version of themselves that outlives the body.

Start now — not after
🎖️
Veterans & Service

A World War II veteran dies every few minutes. Their stories — what they saw, what they survived, what they never talked about — die with them. RigidMemory captures not just the fact of service, but the voice behind it.

Time-critical
🤛
Racing Alzheimer’s

Dementia robs families of the person before the body is gone. Capture who they are while they can still contribute — so that version of them never disappears, even as the disease takes hold.

Time-critical
🏭
Corporate Memory

Thirty years of institutional wisdom. Why certain decisions were made. The founder’s reasoning for choices never documented. Capture it before retirement walks it out the door.

🌿
Language & Culture

Some languages have only a handful of living speakers. Tribal elders, cultural keepers, last fluent voices of dying traditions. A Memory Persona preserves not just words but the worldview behind the language.

Irreplaceable
📚
Historical Reconstruction

From documented letters, speeches, and recorded interviews — public historical figures can be faithfully reconstructed. Museums and historians preserve not just what was said, but how they said it.

🌿
Your Own Legacy

You’re alive. You have opinions, memories, things you want the next generation to know. Build your Memory now — not because something bad is coming, but because your story matters and nobody else will tell it the way you would.

Memory Persona™

The more you feed it,
the more it becomes them.

A Memory Persona is an AI built from everything a person left behind. Their words. Their opinions. Their humor. Their favorite phrases. Their beliefs. Every source you provide makes the responses more accurate, more personal, and more theirs.

Every person leaves a trail of language behind them — in the things they wrote, the things they said, the stories others tell about them. A Memory Persona collects that trail and builds a model of how they communicated. It learns their vocabulary, their cadence, their values, and the specific way they approached the world.

When family members ask it questions — “What would Dad say about this?” or “Tell me something I don’t know about Grandma” — it draws on everything it was built from. The answer may surprise you. That’s usually because it’s true.

A Memory Persona is not a replacement and it doesn’t claim to be. Every interaction begins with a clear statement: “This is a reflection of the person as remembered by those who loved them — built from what they actually said and believed.” That framing is non-negotiable.

Example exchange — Memory Persona in use
Dad, should I take the job offer in Chicago?
You know I always said the same thing about big decisions — don’t let fear pick for you. Chicago’s cold and it’s far, but you’ve been restless here and I can tell. Your grandfather left Michigan for the first time at 24. Never said he regretted it once. What does the work look like? That’s the real question.
The salary is better but the team is smaller.
Smaller team means your fingerprints are on more of it. That’s not a downside, that’s an opportunity. Check the culture — a small bad team is worse than a big average one. Your uncle learned that the hard way. Call me when you’ve thought on it.
Built from: 3 years of Facebook posts, 200+ text messages, 12 family stories, 2 transcribed voicemails, and a recorded interview with his wife of 41 years.
Memory Voice™

They don’t just answer.
They answer in their own voice.

Voice synthesis from audio samples lets the Memory Persona speak as well as respond. What you get depends on how much audio exists — but even a single voicemail can be the seed of something remarkable.

What your audio creates

30–60 seconds of audioEnough for a basic voice model. Tone, cadence, and accent captured. Individual words and phrases recognizable. A starting point.
5–10 minutes of clean audioGood voice synthesis. Sentence rhythm, emotional range, and speech patterns become accurate. Most families have this in home videos.
30+ minutes across sourcesHigh-fidelity voice model. Different emotional registers captured — laughing, serious, tired, excited. Conversations feel unmistakably like them.
Captured while livingThe gold standard. Reading a passage, answering questions, telling specific stories — deliberate capture produces a voice model that’s genuinely extraordinary.
Audio sources we work with
VoicemailsHome videosWedding speechesPhone recordingsChurch sermonsInterview tapesAnswering machineWork presentationsDeliberate sessions

The Memory Voice layer wraps around the Memory Persona. When a family member asks a question, the text response is spoken aloud in the person’s reconstructed voice. The model captures not just tone and pitch, but the rhythms and patterns specific to how that individual spoke.

This is not generic text-to-speech. It is an attempt — imperfect, honest about its limitations — to return something specific. The shape of a laugh. The way a sentence trailed off. The Michigan accent that crept in when the story got good.

We are transparent about what this is. Every family receives documentation about how the voice model was built, what audio it was derived from, and what the limitations are. The technology serves the memory — it does not claim to replace the person.

A message for a future birthdayGrandpa’s voice wishing his granddaughter happy birthday at 16, 18, and 21 — years after he passed.
💍
A moment at the weddingThe father of the bride, gone two years before the day, delivering the toast he never got to give.
👶

🌙
Bedtime stories, in their voiceThe stories they used to tell, read aloud by the voice that told them — for children who will grow up knowing that voice.
Memory Presence™

Step into the room
where the memory lives.

The fourth layer uses VR to place you in a space built from the person’s world — with their voice, their presence, and eventually the ability to hold a real-time conversation. We’re building this with honesty about what’s here now and what’s coming.

Memory Presence is built for Meta Quest 3 — a device that already exists in many homes and requires no installation, no PC, and no technical expertise to use. You put it on. You’re somewhere else. That simplicity is why this matters: grief doesn’t ask for a technical setup process.

The first version places you in a 360° photographic reconstruction of their world. Their living room assembled from photographs. The sound of their voice reading a story. A space that surrounds you completely and belongs entirely to them. No avatar required to make it powerful.

The second version adds a 3D figure — built from photographs and Titan Tech Scans™ likeness reconstruction — positioned in that space. Standing in the kitchen they always stood in. Sitting in the chair that was theirs.

The third version — real-time interactive conversation in VR, voice responding to voice — is the frontier. The pieces exist. The integration is the work. We are building toward it with the same principle we bring to everything: the data stays in RigidVault, the family controls access, and no corporation owns the memory.

Memory Archive™ — Layer 1

The foundation everything
else is built from.

Before a Persona can speak and before a Voice can play, there needs to be a library. Memory Archive takes the chaos of a real life — photos across five phones, home videos, scanned prints, forgotten hard drives — and builds something navigable out of it.

You have duplicates of duplicates, burst shots you never deleted, and 14 slightly different angles of the same birthday cake. The meaningful photos are buried three layers deep in folders named by a date you don’t remember.

RigidMemory uncovers them. The AI runs exact duplicate detection and near-duplicate clustering across your entire library. Blurry and underexposed photos are flagged. Faces are grouped. The timeline is reconstructed. Everything meaningful surfaces.

  • 📱 Phone dumps from 5 different devices over 15 years
  • ☁️ Cloud exports mixed with local hard drive folders
  • 📦 Scanned prints and film negatives with no metadata
  • 💾 Old hard drives from computers long gone
  • 📷 Inherited archives from a parent or grandparent
  • 📼 RigidVHS-digitized home video stills, face-matched

What the AI does to your library

🔍Exact duplicate removalHash matching catches identical files across folders and devices. Every copy found, none deleted.
📷Near-duplicate clusteringBurst shots, bracketed exposures, same-scene captures grouped. Best one surfaces, rest go to Review.
👤Face identification & taggingAI groups recurring faces across your archive. You confirm names once. Every photo with that person, tagged permanently.
📅Timeline constructionScattered photos become a chronological story. Decades organized into a coherent arc — the spine the Persona is built on.
✍️AI narrative generationEvery album gets a written narrative — not captions, stories. The raw material for the Memory Persona to learn from.
Nothing is ever deleted. Everything lands in a review folder under your control. The AI organizes — you make the final calls.

📂 Chapter Index

Every year and event gets a named folder. Searchable by person, year, or event. “Find every photo with Dad before 1990.” Works instantly.

⭐ Best-Of Exports
