RigidCore™ CNC — American Made

American Made CNC Machine,
Built in Michigan

RigidCore is the only American-built CNC machine with a patent-pending composite beam frame, true BLDC servo motors, and AI motion intelligence built in from day one. Not assembled from imported components and called American — engineered here, manufactured here, with 30 years of shop floor knowledge behind every design decision.

Why It Matters Where Your CNC Is Built

A machine that knows where your data goes.

Most CNC machines sold in America are built in Taiwan, Germany, Japan, or increasingly China. That is not inherently a problem for cutting metal. It becomes a problem when the machine is connected to the internet and sending your process data — your feeds, your speeds, your toolpath knowledge — to a server in a foreign jurisdiction.

RigidCore is designed from the ground up as a sovereign machine. The CNC controller is American. The data it generates is captured by RigidPulse and stored in RigidVault — on Michigan hardware under Michigan law. Your process knowledge stays in your shop, in your state, under your control.

For defense suppliers, CMMC-adjacent manufacturers, and shops that consider their cutting parameters proprietary IP, this is not a secondary concern. It is the primary one.

What makes RigidCore different from other American-made CNC machines

  • Patent-pending composite beam frame — not welded steel tube. Composite construction delivers superior damping, thermal stability, and stiffness-to-weight ratio. This is the core innovation.
  • True BLDC servo motors on all axes — not stepper motors rebranded as servos. Brushless DC servos with encoder feedback. Real closed-loop control.
  • RigidPulse AI built in — chatter detection, tool wear prediction, feed optimization. The machine is intelligent from day one, not a retrofit project.
  • RigidSense telemetry ready — 16-sensor ecosystem pre-wired. Vibration, thermal, acoustic, load — all captured locally, none sent abroad.
  • RigidVault data sovereignty — every process event timestamped and stored under Michigan law. Your IP, your hardware, your data.

Questions

American made CNC machines — answered.

Engineered in Clinton Township, Michigan. The composite beam frame is the core patented innovation — designed here, manufactured here. BLDC servo motors and controllers are sourced to meet our technical specifications from American and allied-nation suppliers. Final assembly and quality validation in Michigan. The process data generated by the machine is stored in Michigan under Michigan law.
Traditional CNC router frames are welded steel tube or aluminum extrusion. Both are cost-effective but have inherent limitations: steel is heavy and susceptible to thermal expansion; extrusion has joints that introduce resonance paths. A composite beam (patent pending) achieves higher stiffness-to-weight ratio, superior vibration damping, and thermal stability — producing better surface finish at higher feed rates. This is the innovation that makes the machine worth building differently.
Pre-order list is open now. Production timeline is tied to the RigidPulse and RigidSense system completion, which is the enabling technology for the machine’s intelligence layer. Pre-order list members receive pricing first and a production slot hold. Join the list to stay informed on timing.
Yes — RigidCore is designed with defense supply chain requirements in mind. No foreign cloud data transmission. Process data stored in RigidVault under Michigan jurisdiction. Sovereign operation available. The machine itself is American-designed and manufactured, which simplifies supply chain traceability documentation for defense contracts.
