The RigidPulse Node connects to your existing CNC controller via USB serial. It reads your machine state in real time — position, feed rate, spindle speed, alarms, job progress — without touching a single wire. Your machine keeps working exactly as before. You just added a brain to it.
What you get for free from the USB connection: real-time X/Y/Z position, feed rate, spindle speed, machine state, alarms, G-code modal state, job progress, and override values. That's dashboard, remote monitoring, job history, and alerts — all from a USB cable.
Add RigidSense accessories to see what's really happening: clamp-on current sensors on motor wires show actual load per axis. A vibration sensor on the spindle head detects chatter.
