Photo digitization — answered.

Yes — drop-off by appointment at our Clinton Township, Michigan facility. We are 30 minutes from most of Macomb County and accessible from Oakland and Wayne counties as well. Your originals never leave the area until they come back to you.
Standard prints at 600 DPI (produces a 10x print-quality digital file from a 4x6 original). Small prints (wallet size, 3x3) at 1200 DPI. Slides and negatives at 2400–4000 DPI depending on format. All scans are delivered as high-resolution JPEG and TIFF.
They come back to you. We never retain originals beyond the project window. Photos are handled with cotton gloves, stored flat during scanning, and returned in the same organizational order you brought them. Albums are reassembled where possible.
After scanning, RigidAI analyzes each photo for approximate date (based on clothing, car models, decor, and photo aging), groups faces across the collection, flags near-duplicates for your review, and organizes everything into a chronological archive in your RigidVault. You can browse by decade, by person, or search by description.
