The first board that treats on-prem, edge, and sovereign-AI roles as first-class careers — not footnotes. Cloud-API roles have a home here too. Nobody’s a second-class citizen because of where they deploy.
I’ve been running sovereign AI on my own hardware since before most job boards had the word “sovereign” in a product page. Most of them can’t tell the difference between someone who can stand up an on-prem 70B deployment and someone who’s memorized the OpenAI dashboard.
I built this board the way a sovereign-AI shop would search for talent — filtered by deployment pattern first, then stack layer, then model family and framework, then modality. Plus salary transparency and clearance filtering, because AI pay is bimodal and a lot of sovereign-lane work carries clearance requirements.
The cloud-API engineers have a home here too. But the board knows the sovereign lane exists, because that’s the lane we work in.
| We Categorize By | Not By |
|---|---|
| Deployment pattern (cloud / on-prem / edge / hybrid) | “AI Engineer” as one category |
| Stack layer (research / platform / application / safety) | Seniority tier alone |
| Model family (Claude / GPT / Llama / Mistral / Gemini) | “Uses AI” as a single checkbox |
| Framework (LangChain / vLLM / llama.cpp / LlamaIndex) | Whatever the ATS happened to capture |
| Modality (LLM / vision / speech / multimodal / robotics) | A generic “Data Science” catch-all |
| Salary range | Hidden or “competitive” |
| Clearance required | Footnote on the 12th page |
Leave all checked to see everything. Uncheck to filter.
Where does the model actually run? The single biggest cut in the 2026 AI labor market.
Where in the stack do you work?
Which model families have shipped experience on?
The tools tell you who they are.
What modality does the work handle?
AI pay is bimodal. Most boards hide this. We show it.
A lot of sovereign-lane work carries clearance requirements.
MVP sources are generalist today. AI-native sources (Wellfound, HN Who’s Hiring, YC, AIjobs.ai) ship in follow-up iterations.
Let employers find you. Free, always. Your information is never sold.

This board aggregates AI roles from government workforce systems, federal job postings, and verified job networks. MVP sources ship in Phase 3; a full AI-native source set (Wellfound, HN Who’s Hiring, YC Work at a Startup, AIjobs.ai, frontier-lab career pages) rolls in over subsequent iterations. Categorization taxonomy built from practitioner experience, not algorithm.
