On licensed land surveying: In most states, a licensed Land Surveyor (LS/PLS) is required to legally sign and seal a survey plat establishing property boundaries. We produce the CAD work. For legally sealed survey plats, your surveyor of record seals the document — or we connect you with a licensed partner. This is the standard model across the industry and doesn’t limit what we can deliver. It just means the right credential signs the right document.
